new addition

we had a new addition to the family. matt bought a mare a few years ago that he keeps in mexcio, and this is the 4th colt she's had. we are getting quite the little herd going. one day these will all be grazing in green pastures in front of our home (if matt get's his way!)

it's hard to believe that 10 yrs. ago today mason joined our little family! mason is such a great kid with a great smile! this is one of my favorite pics of him. he had been helping papa brand at the ranch in mexico and since he is always smiling, by the end of the day his teeth were covered with dirt! here are 10 wonderful things about mason:

first place out of the girls in her class. the winners
from all the classes get a limo ride with the principal
and they go out to eat at TGI Fridays! we're waiting

a couple of weeks ago, Dallin was helping a friend work on his Eagle project, they were in the sun from 7 am - 4 pm, and he forgot to put sunscreen on (the last thing I said to him before he left was...wear sunscreen!) he ended up missing school because it hurt too bad to wear a shirt!
