just sat down to update my blog with some new pics. of the kids on their first day of school and of our new home, but i can't seem to find the device i use to transfer pictures from my camera to the computer...not quite sure what box it's in. i will keep looking and i promise pictures soon for those of you who still get on my blog in hopes that there will be a new post! stay tuned for pictures...
in the meantime, we are pretty well settled. the boys are enjoying school and their teachers. the girls struggled a little more. wednesday was their first day of school and they came home very excited, but when it was time for bed they both started crying because they missed their old school and friends, and didn't want to go to school any more. ashlan is getting better, but malorie still struggles in the morning, but comes home happy after school. we are all trying to keep positive attitudes and know that it will get better with time.

Oh, look at those BEAUTIFUL mountains!!! I miss seeing those snow capped peaks. Adjusting as adults isn't always easy I can't imagine how hard it is for kids. It does get better. Jax had a really hard time when we first moved and now he loves it!

Maybe you should tell the gilrs that they are right...you've decided to move back...and this was all just a big joke! :) (Whishful thinking on my part!) I know it is hard to be at a new school, but kids seem to adjust more quickly than adults, so hopefully in a week or so they will be loving it!!
I'm making Ryon go with me to get a camera for the computer today, so maybe we'll "see" you guys tomorrow!!

I'm so happy to see your update. I've been looking at blogs, but not doing much updating myself. We sure miss you guys. I just thought the other day that we need to get Ashlan and Austin together when they are older so we can be related in the future. The DISTANT future that is. Don't want those kids growing up any sooner than they have to. Glad to hear all is well for you in Zion!

HOLY SHNIKES! You updated your blog. Wahoo. I am sorry poor little Malorie is struggling. I am glad that the other kids are doing well.
I can't wait to see your new house and near all the fun adventures you will have. We still miss you. Our ward is getting smaller. :(
