i am beyond fed up with these dirty infested creatures. we have a couple that are nesting under the eaves in our courtyard, and i am sooo sick of sweeping up feathers and their aesthetically displeasing droppings. they are disgusting. i can't take it anymore. go.elsewhere. you are not liked here. go away.

I really think you should invest in a nice quiet pellet gun. If we lived closer you could borrow mine...I keep mine close at hand for the neighbors dogs and pesky cats. Or just spray the crap out of the nest itself. Let me know what happens!! They really are nasty creatures. Good Luck!!!
Have you tried netting or screens under the eaves?

We had the same problem Allison, they dropped large loads right on our front window for almost a year. Adam finally sprayed them with a hose and knocked down the nest. They hung out homeless for sometime on our back fence and then nested, well elsewhere! I heard fake owls work well!
